Valorant is not available in all areas outside the US. General age guidelines are 14-18, however, this can be flexible with parent permission.
**Valorant Game Information:**
Valorant is a first-person shooter video game rated for players 14 years and older. The game features violent and intense gameplay, where players assume the roles of agents with unique abilities and engage in tactical combat to eliminate the enemy team. It includes realistic firearms, blood effects, and depictions of violence.
Parents should note that while the game is not excessively gory, it may still be inappropriate for younger children. Additionally, online interactions with other players may expose players to potentially offensive language and behavior. It is advisable for parents to monitor their child's gameplay and have open discussions about online safety and responsible gaming practices.
We acknowledge that gamer tags are considered personal information, and we want to ensure a safe and secure online environment for our learners during the course. Gamer tags may be necessary to participate in play, enhancing the gaming experience and facilitating educational opportunities.
Private Communication: To prioritize privacy and security, learners or parents are encouraged to message gamer tags directly through a private message system within the platform to the teacher only.
Prohibited Sharing: We strictly prohibit learners from sharing their gamer tags publicly within the classroom page. Any such sharing, either in comments or discussions, will be promptly removed to uphold a safe learning environment.
