Welcome to our 35-minute Valentine's Day Extravaganza! What will be taught? Children will be immersed in the delightful world of "Amelia Bedelia's First Valentine" through a lively reading session. Following the story, they'll engage in a hands-on crafting activity, creating personalized Valentine's Day cards. How is your class structured? The class is divided into two segments: a captivating read-aloud of "Amelia Bedelia's First Valentine," capturing the children's imagination, followed by a guided crafting session where they bring their own valentines to life. How will you teach? We employ an interactive teaching approach, combining storytelling with step-by-step crafting guidance. The class fosters creativity, allowing children to infuse their personality into each valentine. The emphasis is on enjoyment and self-expression. What's your teaching style? Our teaching style is dynamic, encouraging active participation. We infuse elements of play and exploration into the crafting process, ensuring a delightful and memorable experience for every child. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other? Learners will have opportunities to interact during the crafting segment, sharing ideas and showcasing their unique valentines.
