Students will learn how new foods can help our bodies.
I have an M.S. in health education and a B.S. in health, wellness, and nutrition.  I have spent most of the last decade developing and teaching curricula for youth and family community health programs.   I've had the opportunity to teach many families how to incorporate healthy choices into their lives.
Allergen Warning- Foods posted in this group may contain wheat, nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, or other allergens.
Parental Guidance- Foods posted in this group may need prep that requires the use of knives, a stove, oven, or other kitchen tools. Parental supervision may be needed depending on the skillset and knowledge of your child.
