This class examines how the juvenile justice system works—the difference between the adult system and the juvenile system. The students will do in class examples and answer questions. This is an interactive class where the students will be asked to answer discussion questions and make decisions that a new prosecutor would be asked to make.
Students will improve their understanding of the difference and similarities between the juvenile justice system and the adult criminal justice system.

Student will take a in-class quiz and make decisions based on the in-class scenerio. There will be a 23 page document for students to read before class.0 - 1 每週課外時間
