課堂經歷
These classes are recommended for beginner players, intermediate players, or advanced players who are looking to develop new skills and further their technique. During these lessons, we focus on building up the learner(s) specific goals, skills, and interests. During classes, topics we may work on include, but are not limited to reading chord charts and playing chords; accompanying songs; strumming techniques; reading tablature, traditional notation, and rhythmic figures; and playing melodies. Students will also be supported in developing appropriate playing position and independence in tuning the instrument. In the event that the minimum enrollment for this class is not met, the teacher still plans to teach the class in the hopes of other learners joining. Parents, if you prefer that your learner ONLY work in a group and do not want them to be a single learner in class, please message the instructor to let her know. PARENTS: It is key that the learner's instrument is in tune. The tuning of the instrument is fundamental to feedback to the student on the accuracy of their playing and consequently, their skill development. Parents should commit to supporting students in tuning the instrument until the students are old enough and skilled enough to be able to tune their instrument independently. Instruments should be checked regularly for tuning adjustments.
