In this one on one session, I will work with your learner on anything they need support in, including but not limited to: fundations, decoding, segmenting, words per minute (fluency), accuracy. The student should come prepared to class with what they want to improve on - this can be student driven, or guided by parents, or assessment-based. At the end of the session, the learner will be able to identify one to three skills in which they improved on.
Students may work on, for example:
Fluency
Comprehension - literal and inferential
CVC decoding and encoding in early literacy (fundations)

*Session topics will be learner-directed or dictated weekly due to current events/happenings.

We will be working on building number sense, and developing the skills to recognize the most efficient ways to solve a variety of problems, including addition and subtraction up to 100. This class is for one specific learner to complete, per parental request. We will begin our course of study at the end of the graphing unit.
