We will teach Addition Tables from 0 to 10. Several different strategies will be used. One is adding on either in their heads or with dots. Another strategy is to start with a fact you know that is close to the one you want. In addition to the strategies, students will be learning two songs. One is to help with learning their doubles. I have been teaching elementary school for over three decades. Since being with Outschool, I created a class called Tricks to Learning Multiplication Tables which is so popular that parents have been begging me to do a class on Addition Tables. I use ventriloquism with my puppet, Ducky, which makes the class fun!
