Students will learn about what it is like to travel to China from an American perspective. I will share first hand experience from my 3 week trip to China as well as my 4+ years of experience as an English teacher to Chinese students. Through my personal stories and photos, I will share important landmarks, food and interesting facts about daily life in China. We will compare and contrast life in the U.S and China. We will discuss The Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors, read a Chinese Poem (in English), read a Chinese Folktale (in English) and learn a few basic Chinese words. My teaching style is fun, energetic and relaxed. Learners will get to interact and share with the class. No prior experience is necessary! I promise to make it interesting and fun.
