In this one-time class, students will review all the countries we have learned about in class (we have traveled virtually to at least twenty countries). There will be a variety of games and challenges covering geography, capital cities, flags, resources, food, landmarks, and more. No dull moment in this class. Just fun!! NOTE: This class is specifically designed for students who are in or have already taken my Travel adventures around world-class. New learners in class are also welcome to enroll if they're up for a challenge. Please reach out to me for a learner code to enroll in the class.

My name is Dalen, and I am excited about the opportunity to be part of your child’s learning journey! I hold an MPhil in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work.
I love to engage with kids through stories because I believe storytelling is a powerful tool to teach and inspire curiosity.
I enjoy learning and teaching about the different cultures that make up our world. I offer classes in history, social studies, geography, life skills, and arts & crafts. I’ll describe my teaching style as interactive, supportive, and engaging.
On a personal note, I grew up in Ghana, West Africa. If I’m not spending time telling Ananse stories to my kids, I enjoy baking healthy treats and experimenting with food from around the world.
