課堂經歷
Students will be taught strength training and toning exercises from various fitness formats. We will cover muscle anatomy and how to engage the various muscles of the body for an effective workout. We will start each class with a 5 minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of strength training/muscle toning exercises. We will then end with stretching/flexibility training. I will verbally instruct and demonstrate the exercises; as well as check body alignment of students. My teaching style is kinestetic and animated! I will be available to interact with students for 5 - 10 minutes after class to answer questions or further demonstrate exercises.

Body Weight Workout: Barre-based Exercises
This workout is a whole-body workout based on movements derived from classical ballet. Only a chair or wall is needed and you'll leave feeling stronger, healthier, and more positive about yourself.

Body Weight Workout: Standing Pilates
This workout will utilize exercises designed to build functional core strength. Student will learn to activate and coordinate several muscle groups at once, starting with the core.

Full Body Workout: Circuit Training
During this workout, each exercise will be performed one after another; with little rest in between exercises.

Full Body Workout: Stability Ball
We will utilize the stability ball to introduce instability into various exercises; in order to effectively engage our stabilizing muscles.

父母的引導和規範
Please be sure that your student has an open workout space, sneakers (for some of the workouts); barefeet or pilates socks (for some of the workouts), a water bottle, mat (if exercising on a hard surface), light to medium dumbbells, fitness tube or band, small ball and large stability/fitness ball. As with all physical activity, injuries (including, but not limited to): physical injury & pain can occur.

Students will need the following for each week: Week 1: Mat, barefeet or pilates socks & water bottle. Week 2: Fitness tube or band, light - medium dumbbells, water bottle & shoes optional. Week 3: Mat, light to medium dumbbells, waterbottle, sneakers. Week 4: Stability/Fitness ball, Mat, dumbbells, water bottle and sneakers. Week 5: Mat, barefeet, small ball, light weights and water bottle. Week 6: Mat, light to medium weights, stability/fitness ball, fitness tube/band, sneakers and water bottle.
