In this ongoing twenty (12) week course, we will focus on one basic concept or skill from third grade skill sets each week. For each class, students will be given direct instruction of the concept of focus. They will then be given example problems to work on in whole group, following the teacher’s example and directions. This time will allow for open discussion and questions to be asked in order to gain a deeper understanding. Finally, students will be given their own problem(s) to work on...
Students will work on and/or improve on their third grade math skills. This class is a great fit for a student looking to keep their skills sharp!
