Does your learner wear glasses or possibly need to wear them in the near future? This one-time class is a positive one using a fun, slide presentation with discussions throughout and a funny read-aloud called "Who Wears Glasses?". 

The class will begin with students introducing themselves and sharing information regarding if they wear glasses or when they got their glasses. Then, they will watch the interactive slide presentation that will help students learn the importance of wearing glasses, the steps in getting them, the history of glasses, the care and handling of them, and having respect for other people's glasses. They will also play a game called "What If?". Next, students will listen to the read-aloud about a safari of animals who love wearing their glasses. Towards the end of the class, students will complete a printout where they will use their imaginations to draw themselves wearing glasses that give them a super power.
