NOTE: This class requires AT LEAST 3 LEARNERS in attendance. NO EXCEPTIONS. If only 1 learner, the Instructor will either 1) offer to transfer the student to a class with other learners, or 2) a refund will be issued. Students will learn several types of 3-note chords and how to build and play them. It is highly advised that students already have an understanding of the music alphabet (A through G) and can identify the name of each white key. Note: Age group is for 12-15 years old,...
Students will have learned the following different types of 3 Note Chords in keyboarding: Major Minor Diminished Augmented Suspension Chords With practice students should be able to identify, theorize and play chords and apply this knowledge to songwriting or learning a chord progression to a popular song.
