In this class, students will cover a wide range of topics, including:

Building Confidence: Techniques to boost self-esteem and present oneself confidently.
Effective Communication: Skills for clear expression, active listening, and respectful dialogue.
Making Friends: Strategies to initiate and maintain meaningful friendships, understand social cues, and develop empathy.
Conflict Resolution: Tools to handle disagreements and resolve conflicts peacefully.
Digital Etiquette: Tips for maintaining respectful and safe online interactions.

The class format includes lessons that do not build on each other, and no prior knowledge from previous weeks is required. Students may join at any time.
