During this Summer camp we will always start class with a short warm up after introductions. We will learn step by step movements and repeat movements several times to ensure memorization. We take short, 2 minute water breaks throughout and students may interact with one another. Once we’ve learned the routine, we perform it at the end. The goal shod be to learn and understand names of steps, memorization improvement and focus. A great and fun workout is a plus and getting to meet other students and encourage one another along the way. Technique will come with practice and focus.

Please be sure to have proper attire and comfortable clothing as well as a water at hand.
