Do you need help in Minecraft?  Are you running into frustrating technical difficulties or parental controls?  I understand the struggle and will do my best to help you.

Please know that sometimes difficulties and problematic glitches may be caused by Mojang (developer of Minecraft), new Minecraft updates, Xbox, or Microsoft.  Some problems cannot be fixed by me, no matter how hard I try.  

Please be sure to have your guardian message me and tell me what you need help with.  A meeting can be requested, but I will not schedule one unless I have a message from your guardian and we've decided a meeting is necessary.  I say this for two reasons.  

1. I may be able to help through Outschool messages.  That saves guardians from needing to schedule a meeting and paying for one.  

2. If I'm told what's going on and, after research, I feel that I won't be able to help, I will tell you so.  I don't want your time and money to be wasted only for me to not be able to help.  However, on that note.. please know that if I spend all of class time helping and I'm unable to fix the problem, I will NOT GIVE A REFUND.  I always do my best to help out, including going over class time and researching for any bugs or reports of the problem.
