In this ongoing class, students will read through passages together. The class will incorporate skills to improve reading out loud and reading more fluid. We will explore different genre of books and work on identifying the plots, characters, settings and conflict resolution. The class will consist of reading book chapters out loud and then discussing the important components of each chapter. I work to create a fun and engaging classroom environment. Weekly lessons will focus on strengthening reading literacy, vocabulary and fluency. Example passages are listed below.
