課堂經歷
Let's Stretch and Move to your favorite Taylor Swift songs! This class is open to both new and experienced movers. It's a great way to start the day or take a brain break! It will help dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts and figure skaters improve flexibility, balance and stamina. *This class includes BASIC stretches and movements. This class is open to all abilities and modification will be given where needed. It will NOT teach full dance routines but incorporate dance movements and stretching exercises. Learners will be given instruction on how to stretch more effectively, build stamina and develop better balance and coordination. Learners will also be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality. *Various songs by Taylor Swift will be played, see Syllabus for complete list. *Class will include: warm-up isolations, stamina builder, stretching exercises, balance and coordination practice. *Full Dance routines will NOT be taught in this class. Moves are very basic. *This class is for anyone who likes Taylor Swift songs, looking to get up and move while having fun and getting some exercise.

-Introduction
-You Belong With Me- Warm-up and practice Isolations (moving one body part at a time).
-Bejeweled- Practice Plies and Tendus which are a fundamental part of moving for dance, cheer, iceskating, gymnastics and more!
-22- Cardio Dance Along
-Love Story- Stretch and Move!
PART TWO
-Welcome to New York- Floor Stretch
-Our Song- Battements and Balance
-Shake It Off- Cardio Dance Along
-Bad Blood- Basic Strength Exercises
-Fearless- Cool Down

I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2. I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.
