This is a 30-minute 1:1 tutoring session designed to help your child improve their executive functioning skills.

We'll be focused on time management skills, the ability to look at a project, anticipate how long it will take to finish, and how to break it down. We'll also work on the following executive functioning skills: task initiation, planning and organization, organization of materials and environment, self-monitoring, and time management.

My teaching style is interactive and has a foundation in growth mindset philosophy. I am a supportive and engaging teacher and will focus each session on what your child needs that day. My goals are to help your middle to high school grade child gain skills that will not only support their academic success but also their confidence as well!

Executive Functioning: your child will be learning skills like how to stay organized, how to chunk out assignments into manageable pieces, and time management.
Goal Setting and Achievement: Your child will learn how to set realistic and achievable goals, understanding the steps needed to accomplish them, which enhances their ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
