課堂經歷
In this one-time live class, we will learn Ballet terms and moves to Tangled Music. We will begin by introducing ourselves and then stretching our legs to fun music. We will learn different dance/ballet moves by looking at pictures, practicing them, and then putting them to music. We will learn a dance to Tangled music! By the end of the class, dancers will know a full 2 minute routine. Following class, I will send fun coloring pages and activities that the learners are welcome to do for fun! We will conclude by playing a quick game of Freeze Dance and saying Goodbye! =)

Dance promotes the growth of gross motor skills, builds confidence, and instills a fun way to exercise for kids.

With any activity that involves movement, there are risks involved. Please notify my of any health factors that could be a safety concern. It is also important to ensure that your dancer has adequate space to dance, has a water nearby, and also wears comfortable clothing. No requirement of specific shoes or attire, but a leotard, tights, and ballet shoes are welcome!
