This course is adapted from the fifteen-week version to make it perfect for busy schedules! It's the same material, just condensed into five weeks instead of fifteen. This course will help students explore the concept of anger management by participating in activities that help them recognize and manage the feeling of anger. Content is distributed in five-week chunks under three main umbrellas addressing the why, what, and how of anger management. The teacher will post a slide deck each week...

I am a licensed special education teacher that has experience working with students diagnosed with behavior difficulties, some including anger and self-regulation difficulties. It is important to note that this course is simply informational and does not serve as medical or therapeutic expertise.
