In this ongoing online course, your learner will learn about a different historical African- American person each week! During the class, your young learner will learn fun facts and what made this person a historical figure. Each young learner will be encouraged to share any knowledge that they may have about the person we are learning about. To enhance the learning experience each class will include a craft and/or writing activity to correspond with the person we are learning about! Greetings, my name is Ms. Wells! My Outschool classes are designed for children ages 3-7 who enjoy learning through music, movement, and hands-on fun! I will be teaching classes centered around reading, science, history, math, and preschool skills. My goal is for my classes to be engaging, educational, and child-centered.
I have studied Early Childhood Education, and I taught Preschool and Kindergarten for 13 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Preschool and kindergarten-age children are my favorite to teach. I enjoy watching them learn and discover something new about the world. As a teacher, my goal is to help my students develop a passion for learning.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my children! We enjoy baking and cooking together, we truly enjoy experimenting with new recipes. My family and I also enjoy taking our daily walk, staying active is very important to me. I look forward to helping your student learn and grow!評論
