**KIMBERLY**
Kimberly is a fun, energetic teacher from Calgary, Canada who now calls Oaxaca, Mexico "home." She has over 10 years of experience teaching to students of all ages, from around the world. She is a very patient teacher who loves creating exciting activities that encourage student interaction, communication, and expression. 

Beyond the classroom, Kimberly finds joy in connecting with her students, immersing herself in their cultures, and sharing her own diverse cultural experiences. Additionally, she harbors a passion for teaching baking, adding an extra layer of excitement to her lessons.

**ALEXANDRA**
Alexandra is an experienced educator specializing in instruction for students ranging from age 4 to adults. With five years of teaching and seven years of tutoring experience, Alexandra holds a degree in Spanish Education and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

She creates a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment where students feel comfortable, ultimately yielding the best learning outcomes. Inspired by her passion for language and culture, Alexandra found her calling in teaching as a means to share her love for learning with others.  In addition to language instruction, Alexandra also enjoys teaching baking, bringing creativity and fun into the kitchen.

**COURTNEY**
Meet Courtney, a dedicated educator from Oregon, with over 17 years of experience teaching a wide range of subjects to preschool, elementary, and middle school students. Her expertise includes teaching ESL, reading, writing, math, and baking!

While she's passionate about many subjects, her heart truly sings when it comes to teaching math, literacy and baking. She believes in making learning both rigorous and enjoyable, using innovative methods to engage my students and foster a love for learning. Courtney finds joy in teaching baking, fostering creativity and culinary skills among her students.
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Butter, softened (alternatives: Flora Unsalted Plant Butter)
- 1 large egg (alternatives: Egg Beaters, Just Egg, Vegan Egg, applesauce (¼ cup), baking soda (1 tbsp) & vinegar (1 tsp)
- Sugar
- All-purpose flour (alternatives: Bob's Red Mill, almond flour, oat flour, coconut flour)
- Nutella
- Optional: whipped cream, ice cream, strawberries
- Microwave safe mug & bowl
- Microwave
- Measuring cups & spoons
- Spoon, fork, small whisk
Adult supervision is required during this class because students will be using a heat source (microwave).
