夏令營：歷史角

In this one on one session, your learner will be able to ask for help on their history homework, study, and learn new things about topics that they are already learning about. This course is designed to be a two time a week tutoring session 30 minutes session! This will be perfect for those students who may just need a quick review! 

I have taught World History to 7th grade, United States History to 8th grade, and Government to 10th grade, so I am well versed in any historical topic. I have worked one on one with many students to help them prepare for a big test, better understand an assignment, or to help them gain a deeper understanding. Some of my favorite topics to discuss are the World Wars, US Government, Essay building, The Civil Rights Movement, History of Japan, History of Africa, and the foundation of US government. 

The class structure is simple. When you enroll your student you will either comment on the board or message me privately the topics that your student would like to learn more about. I will come prepared with different materials ready for your learner.  The first session is normally a good place for me to see what your learner already knows! Once I gather that information, I will be able to create specialized instruction just for them in a biweekly session! My teacher style is student centered, so I like to learn more about their learning styles before just jumping into the content! 

Some fun ways that we will enhance your students learning is through study games, looking at primary sources, and viewing interactive powerpoint that I create! Please message me for availability and I look forward to helping your learner learn all about history!
