Students will understand the definition of Test Anxiety. Students will be able to identify signs and symptoms of test anxiety. Students will be able to practice healthy lifestyle techniques to incorporate into their daily lives to help reduce stress and improve study session. Students will learn and practice unique and science-proven study techniques to help with studying sessions. Students will learn and practice practical skills to utilize on test day to improve their test scores.

Study Techniques and Test Preparation
We will first define and discuss test anxiety. Then we will discuss and practice healthy habits to incorporate into daily routines to improve study sessions. Next, we will discuss and practice study techniques including mnemonics, repetition, chunking, and using technology in the studying process. Last, we will discuss routines and habits to aide students to perform their very best on test day.
