This 4-part series helps teens develop the skills to manage stress, anxiety, and social pressures while building confidence and resilience. Each session focuses on key areas to support their overall well-being: Stress Management Toolbox – Teens will learn practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, creating a personalized toolbox to stay calm and focused during tough situations. Time Management – Students will explore time management techniques to improve organization, reduce stress, and stay on top of their school and personal responsibilities. Mindset & Wellness – Teens will understand the connection between mindset and wellness, learning how to develop a routine that supports emotional balance, mental health, and overall well-being. Social Stress & Peer Pressure – This session helps teens tackle social stress and peer pressure, providing strategies to navigate social situations and feel more confident in their interactions.
