課堂經歷

Stress Less: A Guide to Staying Cool and Confident is an engaging and interactive class designed to help participants understand and manage stress in healthy ways. 

Students will learn what stress is, how it affects the mind and body, and practical coping strategies such as mindfulness, time management, and emotional regulation. 

The class is structured with a mix of very short lecture style information, group discussions, and reflective exercises to keep learning fun and engaging. My teaching style is dynamic and student-centered, using slides, storytelling, and real-life scenarios to make concepts relatable. Learners will actively participate through interactive games, role-playing, journaling, and open discussions, ensuring they gain practical skills to manage stress with confidence.

學習目標

Everyone is stressed, but everyone also has different ways of dealing with stress. In this class, the main learning goal is for students to walk away with a better understanding of stress and practical ways they can manage their stress.

I have extensive experience working with children in both educational and community settings, helping them develop important life skills such as stress management, emotional regulation, and resilience. I like to use interactive methods to keep children engaged and learning effectively. With a background in psychology, education, and counseling-I have spent many years teaching and mentoring children, creating safe and supportive environments for them to grow. 

My approach combines evidence-based strategies with fun learning activities to make sure that learning is both meaningful and enjoyable. Through my experience, I have developed a true understanding of how to connect with children and help them build confidence which helps managing stress and emotions.
