The teacher for this class is a physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor. She has taught and performed dance for over 10 years and has a BA in dance. She hasmany years of experience helping young atheletes reach their goals in tennis, dance, soccer, diving, horseback riding and more. 
Mat and water bottle
If you have bands bring them we may use them some weeks 
Students need a mat, plenty of floor space and a water bottle to hydrate. This class is designed for advanced dancers, but will be modified as need for student's abilities. The instructor will provide a warm up at the beginning of class.
