年輕作家的故事寫作：創作自己的短篇故事

In this 8 week class, students will create their own story. Students will learn about different elements that go into a story each week, genre, setting, characters, plot, and theme, before writing their own story. My class is structured so their will be a different topic each week, followed by a discussion or quiz about that topic, followed by a written assignment that will help students start to create their stories, which they will build off of each week, until they write a draft of their story, and than complete their story for their final assignment. I will teach this class through written slides and weekly assignments that include, quizzes, discussion, and writing. I am a easy going, fun, and patient teacher, who wants to make learning enjoyable for each student. Students will not be interacting with me in class, however, students will be able to reach me with any questions or concerns via message, I will respond within a 24-hour period under normal circumstances, and students will have written feedback on their assignments from me as well. Each classes lesson slides should take anywhere from 8-15 minutes to complete depending on each student, however, assignments and quizzes will take longer because they will require more written work and critical thinking skills.
