In this on-going course, learners will listen to stories! We will read one story each week (stories listed below). We will incorporate literacy skills such as prediction, talking about vocabulary, discussing characters, setting, problem and solution (if applicable). We will also have time to share and talk about different things from the story such as sharing our favorite part, which character we liked best, etc. During our story time, we will discuss and utilize social skills like...
Students will explore different stories and help develop a love for reading. They will also be introduced to/work on different literacy skills, social skills and communication skills.
