Ever wanted to run your own business? Ever wanted to be the boss? The first step is a clear and concise business plan. We will discuss the ins and outs of writing your very first ever business plan and implement strategies on how to keep it short and concise. We will discuss and strategize the 5 essential parts of making a business plan by answering these fundamental questions: What will you offer? Who are you offering it to? Who is your competition? What’s the next step? How much does it cost and how much will you make? We will then bring it all together in your very own business plan.

Be able to write a one to two page business plan within one to 2 hours.
