Do you want your child to learn Spanish, but it just doesn't seem to fit the schedule? I totally understand and that is why I created this Flexible Spanish class that you can take at your pace. There will be no live meetings, but videos will posted every week along with activities that will ensure your learner masters the basics of Spanish. In this self-paced course your learner will be taken on a path from "hola", all the way to asking beginner level questions in a conversation! All in four weeks! Class objectives: - Learn to introduce yourself in Spanish - Build beginner vocabulary - Make simple sentences in Spanish Verbs: - Yo tengo - Yo soy - Yo estoy Each lesson will contain a video along with a presentation and explanation. There will also be printable material added to the classroom each week to practice the skills taught in the video. Lesson 1: Introductions, Colors, All About Me Numbers 1-10 Lesson 2: Calendar: the days of the week and the months of the year numbers 1 - 31 the clock Lesson 3: Numbers 1 - 60 The time: What time is it? The time at the o'clock, fifteen minute, and half hour mark. Lesson 4: Numbers 1-100 The weather: How is the weather? What do you see? Activity: Track the weather daily in Spanish, tell the temperature Lesson 5: Fruits and Vegetables Questions and answers "Me gusta ___ __". Bonus Lesson: "Las emociones" - This is one of my most popular Beginner Level classes that is now included in this self-paced bundle! In this lesson, your learner will learn the names of the emotions in Spanish. You learner will also learn how to say "Yo estoy..." OR "Yo no estoy..." Your learner will receive an interactive flip book and a word puzzle to go with this lesson. I can't wait to hear your learner speaking in Spanish!

My mission is to enrich your learner's Spanish with classes taught 100% in Spanish that will boost confidence and solidify their Spanish reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Bilinguals benefit from achieving academic success, personal success, confidence, and an ability to make a difference in the world by being able to communicate with others in two different languages

Spanish Classes:
I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced Spanish. Lessons are thematic. They contain vocabulary, incidental grammar, and a communicative component all throughout the lesson. Beginner learners will learn to form sentences in class.
1-on-1 Tutoring Language Classes:
One-on-one Spanish classes are ideal to work at the student’s pace and build confidence. Lessons are designed to meet the student’s needs and strengths.
Classes are 30 minutes.
Education Background:
I have a bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology, a Post-Baccalaureate in Early Childhood Education, followed by a Masters Degree in TESOL from Michigan State University. I have taught students of all ages from toddlers to adults. My classes are characterized by being dynamic with music, reading, and talking.
ESL - EFL English as a Second Language Classes:
I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced English classes. Lessons can be about books, specific grammar questions / exercises. I also teach advanced conversation classes. These classes start out with a prompt or theme followed by questions to guide the conversation. Learners are welcome to share their ideas, ask questions, and interact with other learners.
Classes are 25 minutes.
I am here to support, encourage, and motivate your learners in their language learning journey!
