In this songwriting camp, I hope to cultivate creative expression, curiosity, confidence and playfulness in my learners. I believe music is within us all. Songwriting can be a healthy, creative outlet for all. We will be meeting together for two 45 minute sessions and each student will explore what it means to express themselves through writing songs. I have been a songwriter, singer and musician for 18 years. I have performed at restaurants, county fairs, University of Florida, and special events like weddings, dinners and rehearsals. I won a talent show at the University of Florida for performing an original song I wrote. I write children's songs that are part of a yoga class for kids. I have taught ukulele classes to a number of people and really enjoy the learning process!
