Social-Emotional Skills are essential for everyday life. They help us connect with others, build positive relationships. manage our emotions and more. Recognizing others emotions, understanding others thoughts or feelings, looking within and understanding our own thoughts or feelings and expressing yourself are some examples of concepts that will be taught within this class. 

Every class will include a hands on activity and class game; this is an active and fun class designed to keep learners engaged while learning new lessons each week. Class materials will be emailed the week before each live session.

Special Information If Allergic To Wheat: Play dough (playdoh) may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat gluten or with Celiac disease. Playdough is not necessary for each class and can be omitted if a student is allergic. You can make your own or bring something similar as well. We are pretty flexible:-) Special Information When Students are Involved in Movement Activities Such As Dancing: Our music and movement activity will be very short (only a few minutes long) however please have some additional space next to, beside or behind their computer area for open workout space, proper footwear if needed, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand if needed. As always please provide adequate supervision to protect your child from any injuries.
