課堂經歷
Take some time this summer to learn more about identifying emotions, connecting & understanding the emotions of others, Introduction to Zones of Regulation, and lastly expressing our feelings in ways that feel comfortable to us! It is hard to identify how we feel and where it is exactly coming from. Maybe your student will be starting at a new school, facing new challenges this upcoming year or just could use a brush up on these skills...This class is for them! I stay in contact with your child along the way. I offer live meetings and chats throughout the course if your child needs extra support. I check in daily throughout the week to make sure your child is on the right track. This class teaches students about feelings by using feeling lists and feeling wheels to understand the many different feelings we have and ways to describe them. We discuss how to identify their own feelings and how to match those feelings to coping skills that make sense to symptoms experienced and their life. **Each week there is a new topic and outline detailing the curriculum. Each outline is broken down into 5 days of the week giving you DAILY content. I am in constant contact with my students, do it at self pace but fully supported by me throughout!! **Daily check in's posts from me, live meetings if needed by your student (Max 25 minutes long each day), Feedback on quiz's or handout if your child wants. **I will post a new check in video each week to keep in touch with your student!! **Plus, pre-recorded videos to explain material, easy to follow social emotional based handouts, activities, poems and video clips of short stories as supplemental materials to further understanding of materials!!
