This interactive course is designed to help scholars with some of the more difficult multiplication facts. This class includes practice with facts having 3, 4, and 6 as a factor. The strategy we will highlight is skip counting. In our 45 minute class, we will use songs and movements to help your child skip count their way to success! We will begin our lesson by going over the basics of multiplication. We will discuss what multiplication is, review vocabulary, and discuss when we might need...
Students will be able to use a new strategy to help when multiplying factors that include 3, 4, and 6.
I have taught 3rd grade math for 6 years which focuses on multiplication facts up to 10. I have experienced students who hate math tell me they love math as they use their skip counting songs to help them succeed.
