In this lesson students will learn a brief overview of the basics of how to be a singer. In the beginning of class I will share slides to help explain a new singing teaching. Every week will be different! Some examples are: proper chin position, the different voice registers, an explanation of lip trills and humming, and how to keep their larynx steady. I have been a student of voice for over 25 years. I have coached and trained numerous youth for the past 10 in vocal performance. I am also a High School Drama Director and award winning community theater actress.
Some songs might be more mature in nature. I will provide lyrics prior to class on request.
