This class is suitable for learners of all levels, though some experience of French and singing will be helpful. I will greet the class in French and teach the students a simple French Christmas song with actions that are adapted from British Sign Language/Makaton. I will comment on their progress with a 'très bien'. I am a very enthusiastic teacher. I will provide a one page hand out after the session, so that students can sing the song with their families and friends afterwards. I have found students pronounce the words more accurately if they do not see the written words before I teach them. Students should bring enthusiasm and have a drink of water to hand, as we will be singing for most of the lesson.
