In this fun and exciting Show and Tell class, we will have engaging discussions about each student's favorite stuffed animal or pet. Show and Tell is such a wonderful opportunity for children to get to socialize with others around their age and have the stage to share something they are truly passionate about. -To kick off the class, I will first draw my stuffed animal before showing and see if the others can guess what it is. -Then, I will show and describe my stuffed animal to the others in class and I will tell a story I made up about my cute stuffed animal. -I will inquire whether the students have any questions about my share. -Each student gets an opportunity to draw, describe, and share their favorite stuffed animal or pet and share a fun story with the rest of the class. -Each learner will be offered a chance to ask every show-and-teller any question they may have about their choice. Depending on time... -some students may ask more than one question. -we will have a simple mini quiz to reflect upon the fun stuffed animals and pets that were shared.

Your favorite stuffed animal(s) or your pet and pencils (or crayons) and paper (pencils, crayons and paper is optional- we can use the Zoom whiteboard to draw too- if you want to save your child's art, then I would suggest going the paper route).

I have my BA in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis on Art with much experience in working with students and creating lessons varying from English, literature circles, science, math, and history through my semester of student teaching. I currently teach ESL online, and have done so since February, 2018- I have taught over 5,000 classes online. I have prior experience as a K-12 school substitute teacher, where I spent much time in various classes through K-12 and worked with a multitude of different types of students within various subjects like science, math, history, art, and English.
