This class is designed to be calming and safe for children ages 4-18. However, parents should assess their child’s physical readiness for yoga poses. If your child has any specific medical conditions or physical limitations, please ensure they are able to participate comfortably in the poses and breathing exercises. If any discomfort or difficulty arises during the session, children are encouraged to rest and adjust as needed.
