Learners will be taught how to focus on improving a skill of their choice.  Each learner will choose a skill they enjoy that they will focus on throughout the six week course.  They will be taught techniques for time management, organization, goal setting and tracking progress.  
At the first class each learner will introduce themself, share with the class the skill they will be working on, show an example of the skill and set a goal for what they would like to accomplish during the session.  During the first class each learner will be asked to make a list of goals and set up a daily chart to follow during the week between each class.  In weeks 2 through 5 learners will report back to the class how they worked on their goals and their progress.  The instructor will offer suggestions and ideas to help learners stay on task and reach their goals.  Learners will also be encouraged to share ideas with each other along the way.  During week 6 learners will celebrate their accomplishments with the class.  Week 6 will also include the instructor's suggestions to the learners to take what they have learned and make it a habit going forward.
