課堂經歷
No experience necessary. The ongoing lesson format allows students to join the weekly class at any time without missing any curriculum. In the classroom, Siobhan encourages students to progress in a positive and understanding learning environment. The lesson format begins with warmups and exercises which help students develop a strong technical foundation. The song of the week will take up the bulk of the lesson time. We will practice in a call and answer style while students take turns singing un-muted. We will end the lesson by singing along with a backing track. In this class, the theme is Disney songs. Students are asked to send in their Top 10 list of favorite Disney songs. Songs will be chosen based on the student lists. Examples of songs are: Part of Your World, Let it Go, Hakuna Matata, How Far I'll Go, One Jump, I Just Can't Wait to Be King, Descendants, The Greatest Showman and more! In this setting, the feedback remains positive and constructive. For students who would really like to dive deep into vocal technique and perfecting songs, I recommend private lessons. Students will be expected to practice 5 - 6 days a week in order to progress. I recommend 10 - 15 minutes a day for this age group.

Hello, I'm Siobhan! A versatile and passionate human interested in continuing to learn and grow throughout life's journey. I spent nine years living in Thailand working as a professional musician and private music teacher. For five of those years, I ran my own business, a music school, where I gained valuable experience and a versatile skill set. Just before the pandemic, I was traveling and developing new skills including cooking gourmet vegetarian food, managing a kitchen, managing social media pages, video editing as well as completing my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course.
