課堂經歷

After an engaging introduction and warm-up students will be led in a series of seated exercises. Exercises will include stretching, upper body, lower body, and core exercises. Learners will never stand up and adaptations will be provided to accommodate all students. I will be demonstrating each exercise and participating right along side the students. Class is appropriate for all learners including physically handicapped, wheelchair students, or students experiencing injuries. Class will also include discussion and be interactive.  

No equipment needed. Just a chair and a body ready to move!

I have been blessed to be employed as a health and PE teacher for 15 years. After teaching high school heath and physical education for 13 years I made a switch within my school district and am now the Adapted PE coordinator. I spend my working days creating programs and teaching my amazing students! I work with students K-12. I have always been very passionate about the benefits of movement and health education!
