What we’ll cover:
Research on Happiness: Discover how various factors affect your happiness, including nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.
Interactive Exercises: Learn techniques like gratitude journaling, meditation, and simple mindfulness practices.
Practical Application: Discuss and implement strategies based on studies to help you live a happier, more balanced life.

Introduction & Personal Sharing: We'll start with a discussion about the things or activities that bring you happiness (feel free to bring pictures!).
Presentation of Scientific Studies: You’ll learn from various studies and how they reveal the connection between happiness and aspects like relationships and sleep.
Interactive Activities: Engage with exercises that teach you how to apply scientific techniques, including journaling and meditation, to boost happiness.
