Students will develop skills of recognition, color identification, scanning environment, reading/pre-reading skills, decipher clues, problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking, goal setting, cleaning up, cheering on peers, and following directions in a fun and exciting way. We will discuss safety while searching and items not to include in search. Students will follow theme related slides and verbal instructions to find items. Slides will include pictures and word(s) for the items to assist with reading skills. Some bonus hunts will include hints which help develop problem solving and out of the box thinking. Sign up for great exercise for the body and mind!

We will cover how to hunt safely, please also discuss with your child about moving safely through the house.
We also will discuss items they can not collect that could be unsafe, for example scissors, knives etc. Please discuss what rooms are safe for them to hunt in.
