Week 1Lesson 1About this course. Introductions. Alphabet, Reading simple words and Greetings.Welcome to class! Let's a cover a few important things before the class begins and then dive into speaking Russian!Lesson 2Alphabet: In-Depth Study.The lesson you've been waiting for! Let's learn all you need to know about letters and their pronunciation.Week 2Lesson 3How Old Are You? Numbers 1-20.Lesson 4Let's Talk About Our Families.We will learn family vocabulary and practice introducing each member as in "This is my sister. Her name is ..." or "This is my cat. His name is...".Week 3Lesson 5Personal Pronouns. Introduction to Verbs.This is where we will dive deeper into Russian grammar. During this lesson, you will be able to learn and to follow very specific and straightforward rules when it comes to verb conjugations. Verb what? - you might say. Don't worry. You are in good hands. You will be a verb conjugation pro in no time.Lesson 6"Question Words".Let's spice up those sentences with "question words" like "when", "how", "how much" and so forth.Week 4Lesson 7Review.Let's review everything we've learned so far. We'll play a game today. You'll need an additional device or a separate browser window so that you can follow the Outschool class and play the review game at the same time.Lesson 8Quiz Time!Yes, there is a quiz. That's because you want to know how much you've learned in the past 4 weeks. And also because you want to continue studying Russian in Level 2 of this class.
