This is a life skills class with gaming as a tool. By gathering online to play, kids will have the opportunity to transform their gaming time into a meet-and-greet party. Kids enrolled should already be familiar with Roblox. 

While playing, students will also hear and learn about the latest updates to their respective games and be able to exchange codes. This is a great class for students looking to make friends in the game and stay up to date with current trends. All players are welcome!

It is recommended that learners have two devices, one for Zoom and one to play on the Roblox platform. It is possible for learners to play on one device for glitches and slow play may occur. 

Please make sure your kid has their login credentials (Gamertag and password) prior to the class.

*The teacher will ask for the learners' Gamertag (and share hers with learners) so learners can be all added to a safe private server. Learners who add each other's Gamertag names to their safe list after meeting in this class must have their parent's consent to do so. 

*NO SCAMMING IS TOLERATED! Ms. Lambert does NOT encourage "trading" your weapons - do it at your own risk. That said, any unfair trade or scamming of fellow gamers will result in Ms. Lambert banning you from the class immediately and permanently. Let's keep it fun for everybody.

* No bullying or strong language of any kind is tolerated. Be kind and courteous to your fellow gamers.

*Lastly, this is an ongoing group that has been going strong for almost 4 years. Ms. Lambert trusts the learners who have been in the group the longest to co-host the meeting if we go overtime. Overtime is offered at the teacher's discretion for learners/gamers who would like to keep playing after the class is set to end. Ms. Lambert always announces who the next host will be and reminds learners/gamers to make their parents aware of the overtime rules. Overtime play is not mandatory.
