While playing Roblox, students will have the opportunity to improve their gaming strategy and work on their multi-tasking, critical thinking, social skills, and problem-solving abilities. Students will learn how to socialize, improve their observation skills, and grow their multi-tasking abilities. Students will also work on improving their gameplay skills and strategic planning all while having fun playing Roblox.
I have been teaching and working with children for over 6 years. Since working in Outschool, I have enjoyed helping students through video games. In the past video game classes, I have worked with students and their teamwork, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and social skills. I also have several years of experience playing video games such as Roblox for over 10 years now.
The game is rated Everyone 10 and up for Fantasy Violence. A Roblox account is required to join the class. Students will have to have a created account in order to participate in the Roblox game. Students need to be signed into their accounts in order to be able to play with the rest of the class. NOTE: A gamer tag will be required for the class. A gamer tag in the game allows me to invite them to the online Roblox game.
