Gymnast will need:
*Moana Soundtrack--How Far I'll Go--The song
*Rhythmic Gymnastics Ribbon (Can order off Amazon)--Please cut ribbon if to long and put superglue at the end to stop from fraying
*Gymnastics mat or Yoga Mat
*Open space in order to perform the routine 

Recommended gymnast wear leotard (any color) and black shorts or leggings with white ankle socks. Please have gymnast dressed properly for the performance and in order for Coach Heather to see the body lines of the gymnast in order to correct the athlete properly.
 (Rhythmic Gymnasts while in practice wear black leotard and black shorts or leggings with white ankle high socks)
Hair pulled back and no jewelry.

Risk of injury if students are not performing skills correctly. Parental guidance and assistance may be needed. Please make sure proper safety precautions are taken. For example, make sure student is not performing skills next to furniture and has proper matting required for class.
This is a risky class because the student does not have a coach at home to work with them on proper form and technique and the potential for injury exists. Parent supervision(adult present during the class) and skills may need to be modified according to skill level, skill, and strength of each student.
