I focus on these objectives when teaching in class..... 🌟Using correct pronunciation and grammar. 🌟Using complete structures when asking and answering questions. 🌟Making sure the student has an understanding of what we are learning. If not, we can slow it down and spend more time on that subject. 🌟Free talk. It is important to me that your child learns conversational skills in English. This allows me to make gentle corrections when needed, and has shown to be very successful. Hello, my name is Nicole. I have been in the education field for 25 years. I enjoy teaching children of all ages. Helping children build speaking and listening skills brings me so much joy! I have been an English tutor for 9 years and have a love for all things Language Arts! I have a degree in Social Sciences, I'm TESOL certified, a First Aid and CPR instructor, and a homeschooling momma too!
My teaching style is patient, friendly, and supportive. In my classroom, we will learn skills on how to engage with others while speaking and listening.
